Our Story
Otway Forestry Mulching was born from our family's love of the Otways — where weekends are spent exploring tracks, climbing trees, and teaching our kids the value of nature. This business reflects that connection — restoring the places we love and helping others care for theirs.
I'm a father of two, a lover of the bush, the Otways, and adventure. While I've had an unconventional path to starting this business, my passion for land management and the environment drives everything we do. We're a small family-run business offering forestry mulching, land clearing, and fire safety services across southwest Victoria.
We operate a 95HP Kubota SVL97-2 paired with a Fecon forestry mulcher — one of the most powerful and efficient combinations in the field. This setup allows us to tackle dense scrub, blackberry thickets, and small trees with ease.
Whether you're preparing for summer, building, or restoring your bush block, we deliver high-impact results with care and integrity.
